MPT - Owner
I have a self professed obsession with movement patterns and body biomechanics/pathomechanics and their influence on potential injuries and painful postural patterns in my patients. I like nothing more than to really identify and explain what causes people to be in pain by examining their core stability, postural balance/symmetry, respiratory function, and walking function. I then design custom integrated Physical Therapy programs that that are designed to improve patients’ ability to move without compensations or pain. This allows them to stay engaged in physical activity. I am motivated by patient successes (and smiling faces) and have a distinct love for Physical Therapy. My passion for helping people move better, feel better and participate in life more fully is why I started Pinnacle. On a personal level, I have 3 amazing and beautiful children that are my treasures and I love leading them to pursue life’s opportunities enthusiastically and to love others. I am also their biggest fan and enjoy watching them learn through rich experiences, navigate new life challenges and compete in sports. I personally crave everything about the outdoors in North Idaho including mountain biking, fly fishing, snow skiing.
I went to Flathead Valley Community College and studied Physical Therapy and am a 200-RYT (registered yoga teacher) from Camp Utopia Yoga in Colorado and Costa Rica. I've now been teaching yoga therapy for a year. My strongest skill set is a combination of physical therapy and yoga postures. I prefer to incorporate breath work into therapeutic exercises to encourage the nervous system to remain calm, which allows for more focused muscle isolation as well as reduced patient anxiety. I like to stay very active. I enjoy backpacking new countries, biking, hiking, yoga, quad riding, paddle boarding, jet skiing, and just exploring everything I can. I am married, and just moved to the area in May.

Stefanie enjoys working with post-surgical patients assisting them in returning to the activities they enjoy. She also enjoys seeing patients who come to therapy with pain or weakness, wanting to improve their health. Stefanie enjoys hobbies such as, spending time at the lake and enjoying the beauty of Northern Idaho.
I attended the college of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN and earned my Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. I have been a practicing PT for 17 years and like to work with a variety of clients and conditions, but especially enjoy working with vertigo and balance disorders. I love the outdoors and enjoy multiple activities including boating and fishing, hunting, mountain biking, hiking, and scuba diving. I am married to my lovely
wife Kristen. We are both lifetime residents of Minnesota and are excited to relocate to the Coeur d Alene area to enjoy the beauty of the area and the outdoor opportunities that await!
