Are You Ready for Summer?
Here are a couple of tips for staying healthy for the upcoming sunshine.

Whether you are a hiker, a golfer, a biker, or a swimmer, or you just enjoy summer time, here are tips that will help you stay healthy and enjoying your summer.

Tip #1: Drink Water. During exercise your body can lose nearly 2 quarts of water an hour. Drinking on regular basis will allow your body to become better hydrated and less prone to overheating and dehydration.

Tip #2: Stretch before activities. Whether you are going for a short hike, a bike ride with the family, or playing a round of golf, a short stretch will allow you to feel stronger and less fatigued during and after activities.

Tip #3: BBQ Often! Resting between activities will allow your body to recover faster and make your activities more enjoyable. There is no better way to rest than having a BBQ with friends, family, and neighbors.
