According to a literature review done by the National Institute of Health(NIH), on the increasing prevalence of knee pain, 25% of people in the U.S. suffer from chronic knee pain. Even more can be affected by a traumatic or sports injury. That’s nearly 1/3 of the population in the U.S. with knee pain and injuries that affect them everyday. Although surgery may be a reasonable option for some issues, Physical Therapy can often offer a better and more permanent solution to most problems. Huge shoutout to our new Patient Care Coordinator Suzy Dickinson! Suzy was born and raised in Wenatchee, Washington. She spent 5 years in the Army after graduating high school, and pursued a career in health and fitness afterwards, focusing on working with the military and powerlifting. She attended Campbell University in North Carolina and graduated with a degree in Exercise Science. Fun fact, Suzy also speaks Farsi; an Indo-European language that she learned during her time in the military.

Suzy has been a huge help getting patients scheduled and helping them work with insurance company’s to save them money and get them the best possible benefits. Finally, Suzy is a master at TCB(taking care of business) so if you talk to her on the phone or at the office know that you’re in capable hands.
