In April of 2018 I had 2 neck surgeries to replace disks and repair spurs in my neck. There has been a lot of neck pain and unfortunately a lot of headaches while healing.

I went to my regular physician to talk about the headaches and issues and she referred me to Pinnacle Physical Therapy. She thought that the main problem was muscular.

Right from the start I was impressed with Pinnacle. They did a very thorough examination and evaluation on me to determine my range of motion and where things were getting “stuck”.

Through various exercises and breathing techniques my neck is now finally under control. It still gets sore but when it does I do my exercises and the neck pain lessens and backs off. I am a very active person and being able to get back on my bike and do other activities means the world to me.

The gang at Pinnacle is great. From the staff at the front office to the billing person, the Dr.’s and the assistants, everyone cares. I highly recommend that if you have pain and soreness to go have a consultation. You won’t be disappointed.
